Founded in 2024 by Dr. Ali R. Elyassi and Dr. Nicholas Joyce,
Joyce For The World is dedicated to making a lasting impact on humanity. Guided by the belief that “Success without philanthropy is not success at all, our mission is to do good and change lives for a brighter future.

On April 1, 2027, our mission is simple: feed hunger on Earth for just one day.

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Providing Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery services for the underserved communities and those individuals who do not have the access or economic capacity for basic oral surgery needs. 

Human, Cultural & Community Awareness

Help foster human, cultural and community awareness in the fight for global hunger.  When you look at Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Physiological Needs is the base of the pyramid.  These include food, water, shelter.

Help provide college educational scholarships and sponsorships for international students who come from poor economic backgrounds.

In Memory of Dr.Farrokh Farrokhnejad, who passed away from cancer recently.  His words were words of kindness, his acts, were acts of kindness.  His motto was “Random Acts of Kindness”. 
His legacy for his kindness is meant to be passed on, “Pay it Forward”.

Joyce For The World was founded and established by Dr.Ali R. Elyassi and Dr.Nicholas Joyce in 2024.

Dr.Ali Elyassi was a volunteer for Operation Smile global missions. 
Dr.Nicholas Joyce was a Mission of Mercy volunteer.  Both believe in giving back to the community


  • Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

    Dr. Elyassi grew up in Potomac, Maryland, where he received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from University of Maryland Baltimore County and Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Tripler Army Medical Center, where he graduated "top resident."


  • Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

    Dr. Nicholas Joyce was born and raised in Richmond, VA. He attended Hampden-Sydney College located in Farmville, VA where he received a B.S. degree in Biology. During this time in undergraduate studies, Dr. Joyce volunteered extensively for the Missions of Mercy dental trips where he was exposed to the vast, fulfilling, and exciting field of dentistry.
